The Long Lost Bubba Ho-Tep Action Figures

Back in the mid 2000s Bubba Ho-Tep had proved to be a hit indie film with a celebrated DVD release by MGM Studios. It was a bona fide cult classic!

Which came as no surprise when action figure company NECA included Bubba Ho-Tep in their “Cult Classics Series 4” line of toys.

The National Entertainment Collectibles Association(NECA) is one of the leading manufacturers for licensed merchandise. Since the inception of its toy division in 2002, NECA became synonymous with the horror genre, releasing some of the most sought after collectibles for slasher icons such as Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, and Freddy Krueger, while shining a light on niche characters like Sam from Trick r Treat. In the years since, NECA has also become a staple collectible manufacturer for the Alien & Predator franchises, and more recently, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

In addition to Bubba Ho-Tep, “Cult Classics Series 4” also included Shaun Of The Dead, Child’s Play, and more!

The Bubba Ho-Tep toys featured an “Elvis” and a Bubba Ho-Tep Mummy figure.

The figures sold out quickly and became a hot item on the collectible market. Did you pick them up? Would you like to see new figures? Connect with us on the Bubba Ho-Tep Facebook page to let us know.
